Shields Named to ITS Hall of Fame
BUSAN (ITS World Congress), October 25, 2010 – The Intelligent Transportation Society (ITS) named T. Russell Shields, Chair of Connexis's parent company, Ygomi, among the first inductees to the ITS World Congress Hall of Fame. The honor was presented at the opening ceremony of the 17th ITS World Congress in Busan, South Korea.
Mr. Shields was named as the first member representing North America. His fellow inductees were
Dr. Shoichiro Toyoda, Chairman Emeritus of Toyota, and Dr. Fotis Karamitsos, Director of the European Commission's DG MOVE.
