SEI to Launch Telematics Call Center Support
OAK BROOK, IL, November 3, 2009 – Connexis's sister company SEI has been selected to be the telematics call center provider for BMW Assist in Europe. SEI’s support for BMW customers will begin in November 2009, with the complete fleet being migrated from the current service provider by April 2010. From its customer support center in Olching, Germany, SEI will provide a premium service experience to BMW Assist customers in 7 languages, covering 13 European countries.
