Dustin T. Gorman is a dynamic executive leading Connexis. He brings deep experience building and scaling complex manufacturing businesses, commercializing differentiated technologies, and driving growth through both organic expansion and acquisition across medical, semiconductor, and industrial markets. Earlier in his career, Dustin held technical, applications, and business development roles supporting leading OEMs in these markets and is a proud U.S. Marine Corps veteran. He has launched and scaled North American operations and now leads multi-site organizations focused on execution, discipline, and long-term value creation.

Timothy Williams is the Chief Operating Officer of Connexis, bringing deep experience leading complex manufacturing operations across aerospace, industrial, and advanced technology environments. He is a disciplined operations leader known for driving execution, quality, and delivery through lean manufacturing, continuous improvement, and strong operational cadence. Prior to Connexis, Timothy held senior leadership roles overseeing multi-site operations, business units, and large-scale lean transformations, including hands-on Kaizen leadership and single-piece flow implementation. He began his career in engineering and quality roles, giving him a strong foundation in operational rigor and performance improvement.

David Brault is the Chief Financial Officer of Connexis, bringing more than a decade of experience leading finance functions in private-equity-backed manufacturing, distribution, and technology businesses. He is a hands-on finance leader who partners closely with CEOs and investors to scale platforms through disciplined financial operations, ERP implementations, and M&A execution. David has served as CFO across multiple PE-owned companies and advised lower-middle-market platforms on due diligence, integration, and financial transformation initiatives.

Walter D. Wood is the original founder, owner, and longtime president of PAVE Technology, where he built the company into a trusted provider of hermetic feedthroughs and interconnect solutions for demanding industrial, aerospace, and defense, and medical applications. He is known for deep technical expertise, a strong quality culture, and long-standing customer relationships built over decades. Under Walt's leadership, PAVE earned a reputation for solving complex sealing and reliability challenges in harsh environments. Walt remains actively involved in the business, providing continuity, customer trust, and institutional knowledge as the company enters its next phase of growth.

Matt Drake is the original founder, owner, and longtime president of Acrolite, where he built the company into a trusted provider of custom fiber optic cables and assemblies serving demanding medical, industrial, and technology applications. In addition to core cable assembly capabilities, Acrolite developed specialized processes in fused fiber bundles, micro-optics, and monocoil production that support complex illumination and optical performance requirements. Under Matt's leadership, the company earned a reputation for solving difficult, application-driven challenges where precision, reliability, and manufacturability matter. Matt remains actively involved in the business, leading the team in Elbridge, New York, and providing continuity, customer trust, and deep technical insight as the company scales within the Connexis platform.
